The absolute highlight of LogiMAT 2026 is the world premiere of the innovative Hexxabotics automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS). It is currently available exclusively to end customers from the Dutch system integrator Inther Group (Hall 5, Booth D33). Based on biomimicry (the use of solutions from nature for innovative solutions to human problems), this new AS/RS system, with its continuous hexagonal shape, represents a new generation of automated storage systems with unprecedented storage capacity, accessibility, scalability, and efficiency.
Robot climbers and AMRs deliver containers to picking stations, such as goods-to-person systems. This system can be seen live at booth D33 in Hall 5. There, the Dutch startup Hexxabotics, a co-exhibitor at the Inther Group's booth (Hall 5, booth D33), headquartered in Venray, Netherlands, will present its eponymous and impressive 6-meter-high automated storage and picking system (AS/RS).
In addition, Inther will provide a concise overview of its entire product and service portfolio at its Stuttgart booth, including the aforementioned Goods-to-Person system (GTP). This system offers fast, safe, and easily automated delivery of storage containers to ergonomically designed workstations for the simultaneous picking of four to six orders (up to 500 picks per hour). The intuitive "Pick to Light" module of the intelligent workstation precisely indicates to order pickers which items need to be picked and where they need to be placed. This allows even those with limited reading skills to perform this task effortlessly and without lengthy training. "The combination of GTP and the new AS/RS Hexxabotics system on display demonstrates once again that Inther, as a true hybrid solution provider, combines state-of-the-art technology, unlocking additional efficiency and optimization potential for its customers. We will be sharing this with industry professionals at our LogiMAT booth through in-depth discussions," summarizes Stefan Weisshap, Managing Director of Inther Group Germany.
Also on display at the Inther Group booth is the integrated, stand-alone Cubiscan 325 measuring and weighing system for fully automated, fast, and, above all, ultra-precise master data capture of regularly and irregularly shaped items and objects such as pallets, cartons, loose products, and polybags. The Cubiscan systems, which are also available for rent and lease, connect directly to warehouse management systems (WMS) or database systems via a data interface, making the data immediately available. This allows for more efficient use of limited and expensive storage space, and higher measurement accuracy results in lower packaging and shipping costs.
Beyond the exhibited products, the system integrator will provide a concise overview of its entire product and solution portfolio at its booth in Stuttgart. This ranges from flexible A-frame technology and cross-manufacturer integration of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) to the control of coordinated intralogistics processes with the modular Inther LC software suite. "The Inther Group is positioning itself globally as a leading system integrator for intelligent, holistic intralogistics solutions – with a clear focus on design, build, and maintain," summarizes Weisshap. “Customers benefit from direct access to the expert team and the active involvement of senior management in ongoing projects. The flexible service organization offers comprehensive support at the highest level: The hotline is staffed by true experts – not call center agents – and provides all disciplines, such as software, engineering, and PLC, exclusively for service purposes. With this approach, the Inther Group is setting new standards in reliability, transparency, and performance within the intralogistics industry, with practical implementation and long-term support.”
