He or she will keep your system running smoothly and solves any mechanical and electrical malfunctions then and there. By being responsible for performing technical cleaning, inspections and preventive maintenance on the installed equipment in accordance with OEM regulations, you are practically unburdened completely.

Additional resident engineering tasks include:

• Reporting on the work performed
• Elaborating and implementing improvement proposals in response to preventive maintenance or malfunctions
• Taking responsibility for the spare part inventory and for ordering parts as needed;
• Responsibility for the work order management and spare parts stock management in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
