Inther designs, builds and maintains intralogistics systems for well-known companies around the world, such as BMW, Skechers, Estée Lauder, DHL and Coolblue. Would you like to be part of it too?
You can work in one of our departments (Assembly, Software, Engineering, Projects, Service, Sales or Staff), depending on your assignment and field of study. Your internship supervisor will work with you to determine how to best organize your internship or graduation project.
You are proactive, eager to learn and take initiative, always looking for improvement and not afraid to ask questions. We are also asking:
- Affinity with (or interest in) logistics automation;
- Good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written, Dutch is strongly preferred.

Welcome new intern!
Choose the internship you want to apply for and that matches your knowledge, experience and skills. Click on the "More information and apply" button to go to our career portal. Select your language in the Google menu top right (the language is set to Dutch by default). Now you can read everything about the internship in question and fill in the form to submit your application.
We recommend that you apply as soon as possible as the expiration date of an internship depends on the number of qualified applicants.
Our HR department will contact you within one week. If we have any questions about your application or would like to schedule an interview, we will call you about this.
Our HR department will initially assess your CV and motivation letter and discuss this with the manager responsible for the open internship if your knowledge and experiences match the chosen internship.
Inther is located directly at the A73 motorway, which has few traffic jams, even during rush hour. There are extensive parking facilities on our site and even some charging points for electric cars, which you can use (at a fee).
If you prefer to come by public transportation, you can get off at Venray train station, which is just a 1.2 km walk from Inther. Several bus lines also stop here.
Of course, you can also come sporty by bike. You can then store your bicycle in our covered bicycle shed.
The official languages in our company are both Dutch and English.
We have a number of company parties each year where we toast on our organization and celebrate the successes we achieve. In addition, various social activities are organized by groups of colleagues (board games, bike rides and so on!).
Inther has its own canteen where you can enjoy a daily buffet lunch (including freshly baked rolls, toppings, salad bar, drinks and a daily-changing hot snack) for a small personal contribution.
