Inther guarantees maintenance and support for a period of at least 10 years after implementation of the initial release, solving as soon as possible all incidents with the purpose of restoring normal functionality of your system. Customer specific extensions are possible for a period of at least 5 years after implementation of the initial release.
Additionally, Inther makes any minor patch releases available for the ILC software, with usually all necessary development, installation and testing work for the upgrades included within your SLA. Do you use servers supplied by Inther? Then periodic operating system and security patches of both your physical and virtual servers are included in your SLA in accordance with the original vendor instructions as well! After the operating system patch execution, Inther validates the ILC processes. Inther also initiates proposals for critical security patches.
