Service and maintenance

When purchasing a Cubiscan 150, service, maintenance and repair are of course also included. If you choose for the optional service with an SLA (Service Level Agreement), this guarantees the following annual maintenance:

Calibration of sensors and scale;
Adjustment of sensors;
Checking and measuring of all cables;
Software & firmware upgrades;
Complete cleaning.

Maintenance can also take place without SLA on the basis of post-calculation. Our Service team is available every working day from 08:00 to 17:00, also for corrective maintenance in case of problems or help with integrating the software. Furthermore, we are of course always ready to explain all possibilities and options and support you through the spare parts process.
