The Cubiscan 100 is an integrated measuring and weighing system suitable for regular-shaped products, providing complete and accurate dimensional data in any distribution center or warehouse application.
Gathering data with a Cubiscan 100 helps eliminate manual data entry, erase human error, and protect data integrity, ensuring an easy workflow. Once captured, the dimensional data is easily transferred to your warehouse management system where it can be used immediately.
With all the latest technologies combined, the process of gathering master data has never been so easy and accurate. The ultrasonic sensing technology allows for fast and accurate measurements whilst maintaining a large measurement capacity. The open design is optimal for either a static solution or in-line next to a conveyor.

Service and maintenance
When purchasing a Cubiscan 100, service, maintenance and repair are of course also included. If you choose for the optional service with an SLA (Service Level Agreement), this guarantees the following annual maintenance:
- Calibration of sensors and scale;
- Adjustment of sensors;
- Checking and measuring of all cables;
- Software & firmware upgrades;
- Complete cleaning.
Maintenance can also take place without SLA on the basis of post-calculation. Our Service team is available every working day from 08:00 to 17:00, also for corrective maintenance in case of problems or help with integrating the software. Furthermore, we are of course always ready to explain all possibilities and options and support you through the spare parts process. This guarantees that your Cubiscan 100 will always function quickly and accurately to your satisfaction!
