The Automated Document Inserter (ADI) automates the insertion of documents in a box or tote. The ADI prints the documents, buffers and folds them into A5 size, and automatically inserts them into the box or tote.

Manually putting documents in boxes or totes is a labor-intensive and error-prone process. Automatically printing and inserting documents allows improvements in lead times and overall efficiency in the packaging process. Many types of documents are supported, like packing slips, invoices, manuals, return information, and return labels - up to 800 documents per hour!
